Tefl/teso certificates issued by overseas social training institutions and educational training institutions must meet the following conditions at the same time before they can be considered valid:
class hour requirements
Class hour needs to be more than 120 hours,including classroom management,lesson planning,grammar,vocabulary,pronunciation and other basic topics a teacher must handle.
accreditation requirement
The certificate should be made public through the Internet, which can check the authenticity and relevant information. If there is no website available, then it needs to be translated and notarized.
education department accreditation
If the certificate is issued by an overseas university, the University shall be included in the "list of foreign colleges and universities" published by the Ministry of education's foreign regulatory information network.
